Shipping
SHIPPING POLICIES
- Orders will take up to 2 business weeks to be dispatched. Once sent out, they will take 1-2 weeks for delivery.
- Once your order is Shipped, we will not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
- There is no tracking available on standard lettermail shipping.
- Please check your community mailbox and local post office to check for missing mail before sending messages. If you think your mail is taking too long, please be patient, we promise you it's on its way!
TURNAROUND TIME
The current turnaround time between when you place your order and when it goes to Canada Post is approximately 2 business weeks. That being said, we always try our level best to have them out sooner. Either way, you will receive an email when your order is ready and has been dispatched! If you have a custom order, we will probably be chatting about the turnaround time depending on what you need and what we have in stock.
Note: If you're in a hurry and need your item to you sooner than usual then you can always choose to purchase the Rush Order. This ensures that you skip the line and go right to the front. Once we receive your rush order we stop everything else and work on your order and have it out as soon as possible. This rush order does not include Express shipping, if you did need that you can always opt for that at checkout too!
LOCAL PICKUP
Yes! We do offer local pick up! All you have to do is choose the 'pick up' option when checking out! This is so fun because you don't have to wait for the shipping time! Once you receive a notification stating that your order is ready for pick up, we will have the package ready to go. We just ask that you send an email or a message or a note in some form letting me know of an approximate pick up time. This is to ensure we have it out on the porch before you come.
SHIPPING
Unless you have picked tracked shipping, most orders go out as oversized lettermail. Non delicate items are beautifully packaged in eco-friendly kraft paper and then sent out in biodegradable and recyclable mailers. Delicate items are boxed in tiny slotboxes that fit the Canada Post specifications under oversized lettermail. Anything too big to fit these slotboxes automatically upgrade to tracked shipping due to weight and size.
Note: Once your standard, non-tracked mail is shipped out, we will have no control over them or know where they are. There is no tracking on standard lettermail.
Any mail upgraded to tracked shipping will either be boxed in slotboxes or bigger boxes based on the size of the order. These boxes are then processed through a courier facility in Toronto and then shipped to you within 3-5 business days via Canpar shipping. If you have a PO Box your order will be shipped via Canda Post.
US Shipping: Your orders should reach you within 3-5 business days and will most probably be delivered by USPS.
SHIPPING TIMES
Due to the current situation in the world, shipping has become quite an unpredictable task. There was a time when Canada Post's shipping estimates were accurate and on time but it has been slower and it is understandable why. Please keep this in mind when you order.
These are the approximate shipping estimates according to Canada Post:
Major Urban Centres: 2 days - 4 days
Non-major Urban Centres: 2 days - 4 days
Northern Regions and Remote Centres: 2 days - 8 days
Please not: We have no control over shipping times once it leaves our shop.
