What is your current turnaround time?

Currently the turnaround time is 2-3 business weeks. Each item is made by hand  and the time ensures immaculate quality and consistency. If your item is made sooner, it will get shipped sooner, although there is no guarantee that this will happen with every item. We ask that you wait 1-2 business weeks before sending a message. 

What happens after I place my order?

After your order is placed, it automatically goes into a production queue based on when orders were placed and everything is then made chronologically. After sewing or crafting the item, the products go through a safety and quality assurance test before it gets packaged and shipped off. Every item receives utmost care and attention to assure you receive the highest quality and standard.

When will I receive my order? 

If you have chosen standard and non-tracked shipping, Canada Post usually asks for two weeks (give or take) for delivery based on where you are from. These standard packages are sent via oversized lettermail packaging and do not contain a tracking number. 

Felt Me Knot is not responsible for any delays, or any missing packages and will not replace lost packages. 

If you have chosen tracked shipping, your order will reach you sooner and a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch. 

Can I rush my order?

Yes, absolutely! If you would like to skip to the front of the line, you can chose a rush on your order. This will ensure that your order is made and completed within 24 hours. You will need to separately purchase this "Rush Order" to your existing shopping cart for it to be applied. This will not include upgraded shipping. This rush is only to speed production time.

Do you offer custom work?

Yes! We absolutely enjoy custom work and would love to work with you to bring your vision to life! Leave us a message on our Contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

What sizes do the headbands fit?

If you have chosen 'nylon' as your finishing, your item will be attached to a high quality, super stretchy nylon band that comfortably fits from newborn to adult sizes. These nylons have yet to have left a dent on a baby or mom. We stand by the quality and its flexibility. 

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes! We have two shipping options, standard non-tracked and tracked express shipping. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Canada and USA at the moment.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we do offer local pickup! Shoot us a message if you would like to discuss pick up options. We are located in Komoka, Ontario (10 minutes away from London, Ontario). 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since every item is handmade and completed based on your selection, we will NOT be able to accept any returns or exchanges. If you have a concern regarding your order received, please feel free to message us on our Contact page and we will be happy to help. 

Can my child play with the accessories?

Hair accessories contain small parts and can present a choking hazard. Product should be used with adult supervision at all times.
